Travco did great work. Travis arrived on time and completely the job quickly. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained everything well. I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

Water Softener: I had a water softener problem, where the brine tank wasn't using salt and the salt turned to mush. The water softener is about 4 years old. Had another "plumber" come out and assess the situation. His assessment was that the system likely had to be replaced, tried to talk me in to some crazy $5k system.Lucky enough I found Travis at Travco Plumbing, who was a dealer for my water softener. Travis came out and cleaned out the tank, did some other maintenance activities and ensured the system was working well. While he just finished a couple hours ago, seems that everything is working well and the water pressure is back to normal (or better).Would recommend Travis every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Everytime I've had issues, we've called them. Today with the artic vortex, I figured they'd be super busy and I'd have to wait (which I totally understood). Within an hour of calling them, Nick called to tell me he was on his way. Nick had been here each time I've called so it's great that he knows what's going on in my house. Nick is super sweet and wonderfully professional guy! They are a great company and price is very reasonable! Thanks guys!
